Bu Dwi Riyani is a school principal at SMP Negeri 1 Karanglewas. As Principal, Bu Ririn is very active both inside and outside of school. Her busy life as the Principal does not prevent her from sharing and passing on her knowledge and experience to other great teaching colleagues in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the responsibilities that Bu Ririn currently has, apart from being the Principal of the school, She is also the Head of BCT2C (Banyumas Calakan Teacher Training Centre).

She also won 1st Place in Writing Short Stories for Teachers/Headmasters at the Banyumas District in 2018. In addition, she also won several other achievements, as follows:
